How do I download my files after purchase?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files instantly from the order confirmation page. All downloads are available immediately — no waiting, no shipping.

What file formats are included?

Our digital planners and templates are available in PDF format, compatible with popular annotation apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, and Adobe Acrobat. Some products also include editable versions in Google Slides or Canva format — check the individual product page for details.

Can I edit the planners?

Yes. Editable versions can be customized using free tools like Google Slides or Canva. PDF versions can be filled in digitally using any PDF annotation app. Physical printing and personal customization are permitted, but reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Due to the instant-download nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once files have been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at power@theaitoolkit.shop and we will resolve it promptly.
